During this month, members must be helped to identify their S.H.A.P.E which is their Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personalities and Experience which should be used to serve one another and the church as well. There must also be programs that will address formal education, establishment of scholarship schemes, see possibilities of establishing schools, adult education etc.
